These terms apply when you use this website or buy from AdVera Services. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What we sell
Social media advertising (planning, editing and running your ads) and websites (building, hosting and looking after them), as described on our pricing page.
Prices and paying
Prices are in Australian dollars. You pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout. A monthly product is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. Ads after the first month are invoiced monthly (the monthly fee plus the agreed share of the sales your ads bring in, which you can check sale by sale). Your advertising budget is paid by you straight to Meta, Google or TikTok.
Cancelling
There's no lock-in. You can cancel a monthly product any time (email admin@adveraservices.com or call 0447747065); it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. If you are our ongoing client, we'll agree the details, including notice, in a written service agreement.
If a payment fails
We'll tell you and give you a chance to pay. If a website payment stays unpaid, we may pause the website until it's paid, and it comes back online as soon as it is.
Your content and accounts
Your business name, logo, photos, words, web address and ad accounts stay yours. You confirm you have the right to what you give us, and that the claims in your ads and website are true.
Results
We do our work with due care and skill, and you always see the real numbers. No one can promise a particular number of enquiries or sales from advertising, so we don't.
Consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of something you pay for monthly, and you can cancel before the change if you don't agree.
